Why are IPSOS survey so bad on OO

It's honestly really rare on Opinion Outpost for me to be disqualified from a survey after I finish it...unless it's Ipsos. Today I did a survey for 18 points, completed the entire thing, and of course once I was finished it said I didn't qualify. I get this so commonly with Ipsos on there, it's like Russian roulette. I never know if I'm going to be rewarded for my time, it's extremely annoying. OO has been good with compensating me for my time if something like this happens, but they usually just give 6 points for my time. I'd rather get my full 18.

Maybe and I really mean maybe it's because they route the "dog" surveys to OO. I don't remember getting disqualified late with them on OO just that in general I have learned to loathe any of their surveys and all their derivative companies like opinionsphere where the survey format is identical but the appearance is different. My real guess is that those Ipsos error messages are really that they have enough people who already took the survey but what they tell you is something else. Bad programming on their part.
