I haven't been able to take a survey in almost two months and I have points in there to redeem and the "redeem" button is missing. Must have e-mailed them ten times with no responses from anybody. Wish I could find a phone number so I could give them a piece of my mind and get this crap straight. If anyone else is having the same problems please post a message. 1cent2help Posted February 7, 2016 Report Share Posted February 7, 2016 I believe the general consensus is to cash out with smaller amounts like $10 and $15. Somebody post that in one of the archived forums. I only go for higher amounts when i've cashed out in the past with a survey company and there were no problems; or I trust the company because i've had no problems.
