Asked for my points back on Dec. 29th and it took them this long to respond.In my response I asked how can I be screened out and

know the subject matter?You should never know the names of products in a survey if you have been screened out.Plus those sweepstakes

are a joke.I don't believe anyone ever wins those.

Update after going back and forth (all in one day)they gave me my points.They tried to tell me I did the survey back on the 30th of Dec. I copied and

pastedd that it was sent on the 29th and that I did it on that day then they paid me.Always keep records when dealing with them.
