I was so angry that by the time I finished the second one, I sent a complaint asking them what they thought they were trying to pull. I hated it both times I took it. Awful awful survey. I just sit there randomly hitting the up or down button.. only paying attention if I see my average go too far low.. it hasn't cut me yet.. Made me go through 17 pages of soft drink selections, then this pointless thing moving the faces up and down based on being positive or negative, first by themselves then with products flashed beforehand. Then it repeated the whole process AGAIN with the drink selections and this thing....I just don't get it. Got to agree it does seem like subliminal thing, like they are expecting my choices to change by pairing them with either positive or negative faces.
