Anyone having problems installing the ActiveX pluggin Keynote Panel calls the Keynote Connector. It's required for their interactive website evaluations. It's been working fine for two years till now. I keep getting a 14005 error code when it tries to install. Anyone seeing it and do you have a fix?

I'm having the same problem. It worked great for years and then the last 4 surveys didn't work I emailed them 4 times and haven't received a response.

hi,
I had trouble downloading the connector as well and wondered if maybe it was my tool bar that was getting in the way. So I uninstalled the google toolbar that I had and it then worked fine. Do you have a Google toolbar?? That could be hindering the process.
