What is everyones experience of these? I signed up a month ago after trying to for years and since then I have heard nothing. I have emailed them twice and not had a reply and I have emailed them today, so fingers crossed.
I know I exist with them as I can log on to the site and when I go on to the Nectar site I can see that my registration points have been carried over to them.
I'm just disappointed not to have heard from them and wonder if I should have believed the hype. |

I have had mixed experiences with TNS. I used to do loads for them, and have the points automatically credited to my Nectar card, until they changed over to My Survey and I discovered that I could collect them for amazon vouchers. They are pretty good really, and I also do a paper food diary for them 4 times a year for which they pay £15 in capital bonds each diary and £15 bonus when you complete four of them...I have been doing this for a couple of years now and it is time consuming but worth it. The online surveys are quite good and pay decent incentives and you may have to write a few times to Emma Morrison who is the panl person that deals with any issues which come up, as I have had recently when my son completed a personal routine diary and was not awarded his points, she told me there were technical issues, and I am still waiting, but I have kept my invitation emails, so am confident they will be added. I think they are pretty good, and you only need 1000 points for a £5 amazon voucher which is quite easy to reach. Be patient, and you will get a reply to your email, and some invitations. They are pretty worthwhile - often, also, they have some added incentive sort of surveys where you do an online shopping diary or a what you eat diary or something like that, and these pay a lot extra, so look out for them.
Hope that answers some of your questions!
