Topic Alerts aren't clickable links - *FIXED NOW - THANKS!*

Postby jellyfish » Wed Mar 05, 2008 2:59 pm

Whenever I receive a topic alert that I've subscribed to, I click on the link and I get a "404" error page. I have to manually come to the site then click on the thread to see the newest post. Not once has the link I get in the emails worked.

no, jellyfish, its not just you....I thought it was just me!! I get them too....however, then instead of clicking on the link, I come to the site and do a lot more than I intended to...so maybe its a clever ploy to get people to come to the site and look around?!

Ok, glad to know it's not just a problem I'm having. Does the admin read these forums? It's a problem I think they really should fix.

Hey, I hear you - although I look around anyway, and I think I'd still do so if I got clickable links in my emails.

Sorry about that! Yes, we read what you have to say on the forum, but sometimes take longer than we should to respond!

Thanks for the feedback - we ARE listening! :)
