I tried to cash out today with OO and got this error message:

We cannot process your claim at this time. We ask for your patience as we investigate the reason behind this. This will most likely take us one week. During this time you can continue to take surveys and collect rewards.
I have no clue what caused this or why it chose now to happen. This makes the 2nd time today that I tried thinking it was just a fluke.
Seeming as how I have cashed out at least once this week it makes no sense.
