:( I have had poor experience with this survey co. :cry: Credits 366 days old were deleted from my account. Their terms of use which are not highlighted on their home page (you need to read the fine print) states this deletion applies to credits 366 days old if you have "not participated in further studies". I have participated, but did not have enough credits to reach payout and POINTS HAVE BEEN DELETED. No response to my emails. I have unsubscribed. What has been your experience?

I'm frustrated with Clearview because they take so long to confirm surveys - I'm 25 cents away from the $10.00 cashout level, and I've been checking for a month for any changes to my account. But they do send Amazon gift codes quickly.

Clearview often sends me surveys I completed elsewhere, so I have a low acceptance rate.

I had the same problem and removed myself from there panel. I would not recommend them to anyone. I don't know if we are allowed to give sites out but I'll try. There is a site to go to for information about lots of survey companys slickdeals.net. There are quite a few topics on clearvoice and other survey sites. goodluck

clearvoice is actually in my top 10 of my 50 survey sites.

I've earned 16.75 so far, and I got a 10 amazon ecard

Is Clear Voice still in business? I didn't see them listed on the PANEL
REVIEW. I want to file a complaint against them! I checked my account over a month ago to find out that my total of $5.30 was now a negative .95 and all of my profiles deleted. I've cashed out several times with no problem. Does anyone else get the feeling that once you've cashed out so much with a company that you somehow get lost? I did cash out with them 3 times and this last time is when my problems started. None of the 5.30 was over a year old. Can anyone tell me anything? After emailing them weeks ago, they told me that they were upgrading their system and that it should be corrected in a few days. Well, many weeks have now passed since that time.

I just logged in to my account and it looks ok. I never get much from these guys, so I tend to forget about them. The last invite I got was 2 weeks ago. Their surveys used to pay $3, now your lucky to get one for $2 if any at all. I would not want to have a large amount in my accout the way things seem to be going.

this company sends me surveys regularly. I have have no problem reaching their payout level a couple times over in 365 days. They have added a 20 debit card as well to their rewards section too. Sorry for the trouble others are having.

I have been having issues with this company as well and I do not know what is going on.
Clearvoice has not been crediting my completed surveys anymore. I get invites once in a while, I always get the thank you message and the incentive saying it has been credited. It never shows up in my balance. It has been showing a 0 balance for some time now. I have a $10.00 payoneer cashout that shows ($10.00) available to redeem it shows 0. What does this mean. Have my earnings expired ? Clearvoice site is having technical problems when I cashed out with payoneer and could not apply for the card. So I checked with Payoneer support and they sent me the link to sign up for the card. Guess what ? They do not see any $10.00 in pended earnings in my Clearvoice account ? I cannot report them because Survey Police does not have this company on their list. I wrote them twice to add CLearvoice but they never respond. Clearvoice stopped answering emails.
If they do not have money to pay panelists, then they should not send invites. I am waiting for my payoneer card, and when it comes, if I cannot deposit that $10.00 to my card, I am going to cancel the card along with my membership. Is there any other source I can go for help so I can win this battle and get the money I earned ?

I have not stopped emailing them and they do not respond. Of course now I have become tired of getting no response and stoped emailing support. Yes, they have been responsive and cleared issues, but not anymore. I still receive invites, I do them, I do not get credit for it and they do not answer to my emails. How do I get in contact with this person you mention ? Which email I use ?

Guess what ? They are starting to credit my surveys ? One for .10 Cents.
Are they starting to shape up? I am trying to contact them every 1-2 days about the surveys not crediting and a payoneer redemption I asked for at the end of April of this year.
I recently received my payoneer card and I want my money ! I cannot even post a complaint because they are not even listed. I contacted survey police twice to add them and said I have a problem with them. If not, I would have filed a complaint a long time ago ! Why is Survey Police ignoring our requests and not offering any explanation. What is up ? I hate secrets.
I should have went for the amazon gift card. I needed a debit card to buy on line since I do not have a credit card. Payoneer sounded interesting but I believe they have too many fees, it might not be worth it. I may have to cancel this card, if Clearvoice never pays me anything . I do not know if I can load money onto this card other than clearvoice earnings.
I will post if my situation changes.

They never contacted me for anything yet . I just logged in after I was disqualified for a survey, and then I see the .10 cents has been credited to my balance asap. The first time in 3 months !!!!!
I will not stop trying either. I am sure I have already reached another payout in those 3 months. They send me surveys every week. I always do them, but never see the money being credited. We'll have to wait and see.
I give chances, but when things go to far, it is over.
For example, I have given chances to Opinion Outpost, Webperspectives, Ipsos i-say, and now it's ok. Survey spot as well, problems never got fixed and I left . I am a patient person, but now with Clearvoice, is the worst experience I have had so far.
How great to have this forum where we can give each other a hand among panelists. Until next.

I had 40 in my account with them and was waiting on that payoneer thing to become available but after emailing them and getting no response..i took the amazon gift cards. Delivery was as soon as I cashed in. Have cashed out once since then for amazon card with no problems.
