Well just an update...all the surveys that I got screwed out of points were credited to my account this morning..I had like 800 points credited to my account..so I'm impressed..let's hope if there are any problems going forward that the Lifepoints customer service keeps correcting their mistakes once they happen

  2. This is how it's become on VO now because of the OO buyout.... And that survey link I clicked was nothing to do with shopping. It was entertainment. Notice on the right that scrollbar? The list was huge. Why should I spend 10 mins of my time ticking each relevant answer when it was an entertainment survey I clicked, so these pre-screening questions have absolutely no bearing on weather I qualify or not. I had to close it off as I cant be bothered. Hopefully tomorrow it doesn't ask the same questions. I am always honest in my answers but lists like that will simply generate inaccurate answers and theres no surprise why. People wont waste 10 mins of their time when it isn't even at the survey yet

  3. This has happened since SSI bought out VO. They have for some odd reason integrated VO's profiling questions before the survey into their OO platform. Which is a pain in the backside as every single day it asks those questions. Originally, back when VO was independent, those pre-screener questions would be asked once a month, saved and then asked in a months time (in case anyone's situation has changed). SSI have stuffed that up by tweaking the script so those questions are asked every day
