  1. Thank you for providing the additional information back. It appears your redemption was cancelled due to a technical error which prevented the attempted order from making it all the way through the system, but the points were deducted anyway. Please know that I have requested your points be credited back into your account. Please allow 2-3 business days for this process, and I will let you know as soon as I hear back that your points have been credited back to your account. Thank you for your patience regarding this matter. If you have any questions or need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me. Kind Regards, Program Support Team I requested for a $10 Amazon last week & got ripped the 1100 points & received nothing...If it wasn't for me following up I would've lost the 1100 points...anyone trying to redeem & getting screwed up like this I suggest that you contact their customer service right away or your points will be gone...they were not going to contact me if I didn't notice this... wow...

  2. I'm so used to getting the confirmation email when I redeem from them...when I didn't get it right after I knew something was up...the site could at least post things on there letting us know that there are system problems or stuff going on..rather than scamming us out of points & us having to go through hell to try & get our points back

  3. Wow indeed! That's just wrong that they never would have contacted you. These survey sites are so sketchy sometimes.

  4. The response you got is par for IPSOS, you can read from the message that they are incompetent at support. probably because the management of IPSOS won't give the support people sufficient training and tools, so support just WAGs (Wild Ass Guess) and hopes something sticks. I would get replies back to a survey abnormally ending with "too bad, maybe you'll be luckier next time". I eventually my own Canned response of all the troubleshooting I did before contacting them, because they will usually reply back "you need to toss your cookies" or something just as ineffectual. I've setup my cookie manager to dump cookies for IPSOS when the browser relaunches. as to survey availability, I'm nearing 60 and have a constant presence of surveys and they have a way of coming in surges. I have to completely exhaust the survey's on my dash board, some times it takes 5 or more attempts to clear all the closed surveys lingering on the dashboard and then once they are gone, 7 new surveys will display.

  6. They are famous for freezing accounts for no reason. Just read the hundreds of reviews all over the internet- your not the only one.

  7. I picked my daughter up from college last week and she told me that her stats teacher had mentioned some ways to get surveys done. SurveyPolice was the first one he mentioned! She was all excited because she hears me talk about it. I asked her who else he mentioned and she couldn't remember any other name. So she will be posting on here someday for her college course work. Super to hear this place got named first!
