Not sure if it was because I filed a complaint with the BBB against them, but I was just paid from Pinecone after waiting two weeks. Right afterwards, I received an email from the BBB that my case has been resolved. It should be interesting to see if Pinecone drops me now from future surveys.

Glad you got paid. When I had my problem with them, I was about to file a complaint with the BBB and told them that in my final email to them. My credit showed up shortly after that. So maybe there is something to a BBB complaint.

It's one of my main and best earning survey panels, though its been a bit slack lately. Have cashed out over 30 times in less than a year. Everyday I do the Peanut Labs as it gives DQ points, and whatever links come in the e-mail. Will get to Platinum level in a few days.

I think Pinecone has went to the darkside, becoming a scam company. They haven't even processed payment for those who were able to log in these past two weeks and their BBB rating is a solid F.

UPDATE: Looks like they fixed the missing Help Center entries issue. When I checked on Tuesday afternoon , they were all back.
