I think those notifications on the dashboard are just routers to the available pool of surveys, because once clicked, it just processes and processes for 5 min and usually come back as DQ. However, the one that was stuck on "In progress", over the weekend, finished up as three different surveys, that I got credit for. One of which was a new survey that came in this morning. The one that came in this morning is now stuck at "not started". I picked up 900 points over the weekend. I'll keep coming back until the links disappear from the dashboard. More details to follow.

Finally a couple zero pointers showed up for me today. Chose to pass.

Interesting. I have the opposite experience with them. Any problems I have had and left a ticket for have gotten an intelligent response within 24 hours and are often rectified within a couple of days. I always include as much details as possible in the ticket without emotion and include "please" and "thank you".

I was able to finally login in late last night after getting a reminder from pinecone to complete a survey I had already taken. There has been various survey invitations stuck at "in progress" since Friday for days at a time. I kept login in, about 4 times a day, from two different browsers and over the holiday I got to complete three surveys and screened out more than 10 times.
