  1. I can't be the only one who is constantly experiencing error messages after completing surveys from Toluna! 'It's Not You But Us' is the usual one and when getting back to the Toluna Website, finding no points have been awarded for the survey! Then of course, contacting them and getting the usual patronising spiel about having to wait a few weeks for the points (with some surveys) when we all know, that we ALWAYS wind up having to contact them again and again and again...........before we can get anything done! By the time we get the points (if we do) we have earned them several times over; needing to keep a tally of everything and remembering dates, etc. when we need to contact Toluona again! I for one am sick and tgired of this. This sort of thing has been going on for far too long now and it's about time time Toluna got its website problems sorted!

  2. In just over an hour, I have already completed two surveys and not been paid and had two late screen outs on Qmee. This is an utter scam and I'm sick of it. When are companies like Qmee going to stop hiding behind the excuse of "we don't agree with when they do this, we have no control" yes you do! remove these surveys from your platform and companies. On another note, why are YS/Clint (I hate them) surveys so slow. They take forever to load, I had just had a shower and a shave, sat down to take a survey, by the time the survey loaded I had a full grow beard again! Update your page, it's like something from the 90s. Qmee need to improve, it's been awful on their site lately.

  3. I never bother with them anymore for a variety of reasons, the main ones being that I rarely ever qualify for their surveys and on the rare times that I do, they're always long and tedious surveys. I can imagine how irritating it must be to get an error message with them, though.

  4. I'm sorry you're going through this. I can relate. I was on Forthright the other day. Most of their surveys are partner surveys. On a couple of the partner surveys, I got the exact same alert, same wording. I can't recall who the partner survey was, could have been anyone. Of course it happened at the very end of the survey, after I had successfully completed it and answered all the questions. When I emailed Forthright about it, I was told it was not a successful completion. Every time I get an alert like this, I complain to the survey site. Maybe they'll get sick of hearing from me and actually do something, but I'm not holding my breath. BTW, Toluna sucks. Then again, most of the survey sites do.

  5. Love your comment on YS/Cint. I agree with you, they totally suck. Qmee is notorious for late declines. Every time I get one, I email their support to complain. Pretty much all the survey sites do this. Forthright and their partner surveys are awful. I sent them four emails in the space of one day because of this. They give the same sorry excuse. We are not their customers in the end, just the poor slobs that get repeatedly screwed. Their actual customers are multi-million and billion dollar conglomerates who pay them handsomely. It will always be this way.

  6. I have not had any issues with cashing out either. That being said, I trust Dynata only as far as I can sling a baby grand.

  7. I have been trying to get paid from One Opinion for a month. I believe they have closed but I was never notified of that. I try to make a redemption and I get an error message and I have not been able to contact them. I emailed Dynata, their parent company, but never received a reply. That's funny because they were very quick to reply when they needed a 1099 form from me. My next recourse will be the Better Business Bureau in Connecticut where Dynata is located. What a shoddy operation. Is anyone else having these problems.
