    Now I have that Alice Cooper song in my head, LOL! So Point Club thinks they can screw me out of 2,000 points. I took a 30 minute survey earlier this morning, got something indicating I successfully completed the survey. Then it got back to the Point Club screen, and they stated I only got 12 points for disqualification! Uh, nope, nuh uh. I spent at least 30 minutes on this, not including all the prequalification questions. I sent them an email stating I successfully completed the survey, and had the screen shot to prove it. They sent back a rude condescending email suggesting I try more surveys to get points, because I wasn’t getting points from this one. I sent them back an email with the screen shot attached. I then filed a complaint with the BBB website. With all the crap going on with my hubby in the nursing home right now, I’m not in any mood to be trifled with. Normally, I’d just let this go, but I’m sick and tired of being treated like **** by these survey companies. They want a fight, I’ll give them one. They picked the wrong person to mess with. Anyone else wants to mess with me will get the same treatment. I’ve had enough.

    Good for you! We all need to start fighting when these companies try to screw us out of points. They do forget that without us they don't exist!

    I never bother with them. When I first started I tired answering their surveys, but they have so many qualifying questions it bores you to tears. Add them to the list of scammers.

    I hate peanut labs, think they are a total scam. If I get any of their surveys, I will simply X out. They are just ridiculous and should not be in business at all. The way they treat survey takers is downright criminal. I’m boycotting them. Fortunately, I don’t see too many of those in the survey panels I belong to. Before I knew what they were about, I’d try in vain to complete any surveys through them, and never really got anywhere. They just suck.

    All I can say is 'been there, done that' as far as Point Club goes. They gave me all this BS about inappropriate replies, or not qualifying, and I was like COME ON, how can I NOT qualify after takeing a whole freaking survey or 20-30 some minutes of it?

I sent them an email with the pertinent information, including the screen shot I saved proving I successfully completed the survey. I got back a very rude and condescending email from them. That’s not gonna fly with me. I’ve had quite enough of being treated this way. I sent them the screen shot and told them they either give me my points or I will file a complaint with the BBB. I then went to the BBB website and did file a formal complaint. They have quite a few other complaints from people, no surprise there. I will not tolerate being screwed over by them. They have messed with the wrong person here. Bunch of pathetic losers.

    I’m signed up with them and left a review. The good part is if you successfully complete a survey, it’s $1.00, and you get your PayPal or gift card within minutes. They send you an email to confirm it’s in there. Now the bad part: Good luck getting a survey with them. I sometimes try to get one completed a day, but it’s a slog. Lots of routers, timeouts, etc. It is very difficult to complete a survey on this site. So if you don’t have a lot of time on your hands, realize that you will be expending time to get one done. They are all partner surveys. They don’t seem to have any surveys of their own.

    I signed up last year, tried for six months, no surveys completed and no reward progress. I canceled them this year. That $1 lure is not worth it.

    I use a survey site that has lots of Sample Cube surveys. There starting to piss me off. I'll take a survey for 3 minutes or 5 then when it starts they change it up 40 minutes or 20 or 30. Anything other than what I started with. When I don'''t qualify instead of taking me back to the home page they keep shoving surveys down my throat one after the other. Instead I feel i should have been paid something for wasting my time. Other times I've started a survey and ended up in a different survey without being asked if I wanted to take it or not

    Great comments. When I write (email) to them about not getting points, I say "most of us are honest and not fair not to give points". I am sure they do not care, but I have started doing it anyway.

    I find it hard to believe that I fit into a prime demographic for Branded. I'm old ' . . 77 . . . retired . . . never married . . . some college. . . no kids. I usually complete at least 20+ surveys a week so I get the extra points for that. Maybe it's just been dumb luck, but I'll take the $10!

    I just tried one of the 3rd party surveys on Tellwut and the first 8 were from Lucid, so I just had to go back and look for a different companies. Nope, then I got Cint. Yay, looks like I will be doing only the daily questions from now on. I won't do Lucid or Cint.

    Folks, I was out and about the town, at a coffee shop down the street from the house and decided to see the offerings on Branded. It's been awhile since I tried more that the daily survey. Well I was stopped immediately with the following message: Invalid IP Address Oops! The IP address you are using is a proxy IP address. Our survey partners do not allow access from proxy IP addresses. Please access your surveys when you are on your home internet network.

    I had already hit the dreaded 5 point dq for the day, I didn't get it. AND now this evening, I can't buy Swagbucks. I emailed them, but no reply yet. I am going to give up on thee survey sites I swear.
