    Try this one that just happened to me on Crowdology. Took a survey via an email invite. Completed it and was returned to Lifepoints where I received a screen saying the survey was not currently available. Got 2 points instead of the $.88 from Crowdology.

    Now I have that Alice Cooper song in my head, LOL! So Point Club thinks they can screw me out of 2,000 points. I took a 30 minute survey earlier this morning, got something indicating I successfully completed the survey. Then it got back to the Point Club screen, and they stated I only got 12 points for disqualification! Uh, nope, nuh uh. I spent at least 30 minutes on this, not including all the prequalification questions. I sent them an email stating I successfully completed the survey, and had the screen shot to prove it. They sent back a rude condescending email suggesting I try more surveys to get points, because I wasn’t getting points from this one. I sent them back an email with the screen shot attached. I then filed a complaint with the BBB website. With all the crap going on with my hubby in the nursing home right now, I’m not in any mood to be trifled with. Normally, I’d just let this go, but I’m sick and tired of being treated like **** by these survey companies. They want a fight, I’ll give them one. They picked the wrong person to mess with. Anyone else wants to mess with me will get the same treatment. I’ve had enough.

    We can all only speak as we find. Lifepoints is one of the better panels in my experience. I've only ever had to seek support a couple of times, but it was always handled quickly and satisfactorily.

    Have you noticed that survey time completely underestimated. Just completed a 10 minute survey from Cint that took 25 minutes and this is par for the course. I have thought of just supplying random info after I reach estimated time. Since the survey company is irresponsible they deserve the same treatment. Also, have you noticed more and more prelims are actually surveys in disguise and you are disqualified with zero reward? Cint seems to be the worst and they are infecting other surveys.

    They terminated me several years ago. I wouldn't bother with them anymore.

    To me it seems that since they were bought out, one opinion hasn't been the same. The previous company, critical mix, only listed one opinion. Now the company that bought it, or took over, not sure how that works, has several companies listed.
