Harris Poll redemption process little aggravating

So they made me jump thru hoops and asked me my birth month and year.Only problem is that they have the wrong info for me .Thank goodness I wrote what they have listed for me.I know some of you had said they have the wrong date listed for you so unless you know the correct day and year they have listed in your file you wont be able to cash out.Either that or good luck having them change it to the correct month and year,as they never like to answer their emails or their phones.

BTW I cashed out and got my gift certificate within 5 minutes so that was good.
