Lurkergirl Posted September 27, 2017 Report Share Posted September 27, 2017 So I did a survey and proceeded to see if I got my points .I logged in and out of the blue they hit me with additional security box .I have never seen the question before so I guessed ,all wrong . footfree Posted September 28, 2017 Report Share Posted September 28, 2017 I think that they will unlock after some time ,I realize it wont do any good if you don't know the answer.I guess I would try and call them.They really are sinking to all kinds of low.Didn't you go to the BBB on them?Yeah makes me wonder if they did it on purpose or are they really that inept ?
