junkfoodie Posted January 8, 2018 Report Share Posted January 8, 2018 I've only just joined this website so no idea if I am writing this in the correct place but I have seen a lot of brandedsurveys reviewers say that they can't redeem their earnings as the cashout button doesn't work. I use chrome and it doesn't work for me either and hasn't done in chrome ever since they switched from Mintvine to brandedsurveys but I have found that switching browsers to firefox resolves this and I am able to cashout so wanted to write this on here hoping it will help someone else. Ah! That may be the reason why I've never had a problem with cashing out there.... I've always used Firefox and cashout never gives me trouble.
