Spam seems to be in the increase

Seems like I am starting to get an awful lot of garbage in my email I don't go on many websites except for doing surveys I get a lot of healthcare or wanting to give me insurance quotes  etc. I am sure they are getting the information  from surveys I do which I think is so wrong ......Sometimes I will hit unsubscribe if I can and sometimes I just Delete them  not sure which is better to do. Any Opinions?

I have a separate email account for my survey sites. I'll usually unsubscribe from repetitive spam, but if it's just one or two emails, I don't bother and just delete the email.

I would just delete them. Some times hitting unsubscribe will actually get you more Spam because it shows a good email address.

I just mark it as spam and they go into the spam folder.
