? WHAT IS A REASONABLE TIME TO HEAR BACK FROM SURVEY COMPANY

So I contacted Leger web about a check that I wasnt able to cash from them.They said they are waiting for a answer from their accounting office.What is a reasonable time to wait for a response ?First time I reached out and got a response back was on 5/5.I mean it's now been 9 more business days.Seems they could figure things out a little faster if you ask me.

You've been doing this a while so you know some place will answer you in 24 hour and other places 24 days. I guess reasonable is how long you're willing to wait. I've seen some places take weeks to get back and others never getting back so you have to report them. Good luck!
