footfree Posted July 5, 2018 Report Share Posted July 5, 2018 On 6/26 I did a survey for 75 points with them.It was for a 3 day panel and I am to receive a $15 incentive.I realize that wont be coming for about 6 weeks.However I never received the initial 75 points just for qualifying .I emailed them on the 26th or 27th about not getting the points.However I have never heard from them.I don't think I have tried to solve a issue with them before.Are they normally this bad about getting back to people?
