NFriday Posted July 20, 2018 Report Share Posted July 20, 2018 I have Humana part D medicare drug plan, and they sent me a survey to do which took me around 15 minutes to do. I was pleasantly surprised when I finished the survey, that they are going to mail me a $10 visa GC. If anybody here has Humana insurance you might get this survey too.
