My research study is geared toward building a new instrument to solve organizational conflict. The data collection for this adapted survey will be used to establish validity based on internal structure and reliability evidence for this study. There are no risks involved with being a participant in this study. A potential benefit of being a participant in this study is examining oneself when faced with organizational conflict.
