My Survey out of business in Canada?

I've been trying to contact mysurvey here in Canada for over a month to find out why I have no surveys anymore..I've been with them forever..but everytime I send off an email to helpdesk it just bounces back to me..Makes me wonder if they've closed up shop here in Canada..does anyone know what's happening with them? Anyone from Canada?

Yes I have...but it just bounces back to me too...so weird..wondering if they're done here in Canada & now just work out of US?

It's been a month or so since, but the last few times I tried contacting them my emails also bounced back. I'm still getting plenty of surveys though.

Well I know they own GTM and GTM has  started to not answer emails again or giving points me my missing points.Maybe they are having money problems.I mean you could reach out to  GTM maybe they can pass it along to mysurvey.Once when I didn't receive a answer form them I contacted perks on theri side and even though they are not the same company they passed along my question and I got a answer back form them.Just some suggestions on how to reach them.
