This is a research study and participation is voluntary. This study has received approval from the Institutional Review Board at the University of Massachusetts in Boston. I am interested in gathering your input on the topic of government mobile applications in the City of Boston and your opinions surrounding these applications. Please only respond to the survey if you have used a City of Boston-centric mobile application in the past.

Upon completion of the study as an incentive for your participation, you will be asked at the end of the survey if you would like to be entered into a drawing to win 1 of 5, $50 Amazon.com gift cards for your participation.

This study takes the form of a survey and will be conducted online using Qualtrics, which is the platform the link directed you to. The approximate time of the survey is 10-15 minutes.

The purpose of this study is to learn what your experience has been with mobile applications within the City of Boston. The information you provided in the survey is completely confidential, and we will not associate your name with anything you say in the study. You may refuse to answer the questions and may withdraw from the study at any time. Withdrawal before the conclusion of the survey or failure to complete the survey's questions will mean you will not be eligible for the gift card drawing associated with the study.

Should you have any further questions now or at any point during the study please feel free to contact me at the email listed. Please as well confirm make sure to list the email you would like to receive the gift card for at the completion of the survey.

Thank you so much for your participation!
