MAlienZonRuc Posted February 23, 2019 Report Share Posted February 23, 2019 This is a survey for a product design course, intended for users of mobile devices and books who experience physical discomfort from usage, as well as for users of book stands or any other support to make device/book usage more comfortable. The goal of this survey is to identify the wants and needs of the aforementioned users in order to better design a product that: • improves the comfort of using devices such as smartphones, tablets, and books and • has the flexibility to be used in different settings and for different users. The majority of questions in this survey are essay type, however it is up to you to decide how long or detailed your answers will be. Of course, more detailed answers would be preferred.
