Forum problems? Please clear your cookies and cache

Hi everyone,

As many of you know, we've had some problems with the forum over the last few weeks. Unfortunately it seems we had a perfect storm with hosting issues, issues with Cloudflare (a service we use), and more.

FYI, we did some more work on the forum today, and we had an outage for about 10 minutes.

If you are experiencing problems logging in to your account, please clear your cookies and cache. Please also make sure you log in through the main site, and then click the 'forum' button. Logging in through the forum itself won't work. We'll fix that once we are sure these other issues have been resolved.

Again, if you still experience issues, please let us know; What are you experiencing? What are you clicking on? What errors are you seeing and what's the time? We need this information to investigate and look at the log files. Without this level of detail, there's little we can do.

We've appreciated your patience through this. Rest assured, we've been working diligently to fix the problems you've been experiencing. But not being able to properly identify them has been very difficult! In any case, knock-on-wood, hopefully we're in the clear here.
