Anyone having problems with Mobrog Survey Website?

Hi there....I am a member of MOBROG surveys for a few months now and they've been great as far as getting paid fast.  The other day, last Friday, I could not sign in to my account at all. It did not recognize my details.  I have been in contact with them and they said they could not find my email address or profile in their system at all and I've been paid by them for months now. Then they emailed me saying there is a bug in their technical system and that they THINK my gmail was hacked, then they got into my MOBROG account from that and changed the email address to something else!! Now I can not get in at all and waiting for them to reply again about what I am to do next....has anyone here had this problem with MOBROG?  I'd appreciate any insights you have out there. Thank you in advance.

MOBROG IS INCOMPETENT!

 

I saw this post and decided to try this panel. Often what they have are very low reward roulettes that go on and on actually last longer than the actual survey. I was presented one high-value survey that lasted almost an hour but since that was administered by Cint, it died at the conclusion, I was never returned to MOBROG and never was rewarded. I contacted MOBROG and discovered that if a panelist has a problem with a survey, the panelist must provide proof. This means that MOBROG requires the panelist to maintain a complete log of their activities. This usually means one of two things to me, the panel lacks the internal resources to be competent OR the panel is feigning operational issues, to keep the entire panelists' rewards. in the month I tried them, they had very, very low yield and kept most of what I completed. STAY AWAY!
