Anybody else get a survey tonight about Lyft/Uber?

I can't remember who sent me the survey.  It was either Valued Opinion or Lifepoint, but the survey was from C-Space.  They asked me if I would be willing to use one of the ride sharing services such as Lyft or Uber for ten days.  I would get paid for doing this, and would get money to use their service again, but it was not clear if I would get reimbursed for the trips that I took during the 10 days I was part of the community.  I decided to opt out of it.  I never use Lyft or Uber, and it was unclear about how much I would receive for this study.  Did anybody else get invited to this community?
