They (DataIntelligence) do have a somewhat odd way of doing things, but they finally came through Have you gotten any surveys from them since? I haven't. Some of the lightspeedpanel GCs I have received as direct incentives have taken three-four MONTHS and that is fairly normal. What you do is keep your original email invitation in a separate folder in your online filing cabinet and when you query why you have received nothing, just cut and paste the original email and they then know what to refer to.
