Another with lethargic payout!

Been doing New Vista for some time, usually only qualify for 20% but at least usually get DQ at the beginning. On the invite e-mails it always says " Don't forget - reach 5,000 points and you will automatically be sent a £50 cheque!"

Well I eventually (about a year) reached 5000 points - nothing. Sent e-mail & got reply

"As you have reached your 5000 points target this month you will receive your £50 cheque next month via second class post. Please ensure all your details are correct and up to date to avoid any delays."

So I've got to wait 6 weeks, and must ensure details are correct TO AVOID DELAYS !!!

 

PS Sent another e-mail querying this, reply "

Thank you for getting in contact with us, we will be away from the office between 17-28 June.

Please note we may take a little longer to respond during this time."

Great - they close down for a couple of weeks!

UPDATE

So had an e-mail on 3rd July 

"Congratulations for hitting the 5000 points last month! We are getting everything ready to issue your £50 reward! All cheques are scheduled to be posted by mid-month by second class post."

Cheque turned up today (20th), dated 11th so the second class post took over a week, now got to pay into bank & wait at least 3 working days for it to clear.

So their automatic reward actually meant over 6 weeks.
