nj07208
If it didn't specify, I would say up to 2 weeks.
footfree
When I asked Pinecone this was their response Hello, We apologize for any difficulties you may be experiencing. Kindly disregard this study and wait for the next invitation. Best regards, Karen Scott Can you say canned response anyone?

Njsurveyman
Same thing just happened to me. I received a garlic bread sample last week from Pinecone (it was pretty good too). Today, I received an email to take the follow up survey. However, when I opened the link, it says I do not fit the demographics to take the survey. How does that make any sense if it was follow up questions for the product I actually sampled?? They are really incompetent it seems. Not the old Pinecone I remember either. I am not even going to bother emailing the fake Karen Scott, because IF they respond, it most likely will just be a silly robotic general reply like others have received. At least I got a free product, but will no longer count on making an extra 300 pts to answer follow up questions for it.
