PJT Posted June 2, 2020 Report Share Posted June 2, 2020 (edited) For the first time Survey Junkie won't let me redeem my points,says there is a verification issue and to try again and if cannot redeem contact support. I have done that and also waiting in a queue for them to supposedly call me as once they talk to me for verification ,never have to do this again. Their customer service is terrible as when ever I have had a problem or there is and issue to get my points for a survey I completed,that crashed or had errors,not their fault..If I can get my 1000 plus points redeemed I am quitting them..They used to be great ,not have gone downhill. So, received a email from them say,sorry for the inconvenience but the only way we have is manual verification by sending you a post card with a verification no and you send it back..I am so ticked off and they are so unprofessional.
