Fieldwork NRC is a joke

I was recruited to do a online focus group by this Chicago company.  They wasted two phone calls to me, asked me screening questions all over again, after I entered that online prior to this call.  Now I get a [hone message last evening inviting me to participate in that group today at 6:00 p.m. but nobody ever answers their business phone at the number left to me.  I have been so aggrevated today that I could bite nails in to.  This isn't the first time they have done this to me and yet I still believed them.  This is no way to run a business.  I've left them angry phone messages and facebook messages to the same end, but well, that for letting me vent.  Stay away from this group if you value your time.

I did a few in house groups pre pandemic with them, and I did okay, but I have not gotten any emails from them since the pandemic I believe. They have an office somewhere downtown Chicago, and they have another one in Schaumburg which I have never been to.
