This happened to me as well and the rather arcane, internal jargon that "Christina" used was not helpful either. But once the scoring is laid out sequentially through the year it is obvious what happened. I highlited the periods where the extra credit appeared and subsequently subtracted from the account. I lost 400 points too and I'm currently at ZERO. Memorable moments are around $10 a year and not worth this aggravation. I'll be discontinuing activity after the year finished out.

I just got an invite to this panel today through clearvoice, and when I did the survey, they said I could join the panel, but I don't buy very many cards, and so I don't know how many points I would get.  It said that I could still get points even if I don't buy a lot of the stuff they are asking about, but I don't understand why I would?  I decided to pass on it.

I am a member and I never buy any of that stuff. I always click on the emails and go to the site when i receive them and answer the polls , close out surveys. last week when I as there I clicked to see how many points I had and was surprised to see I had $20 worth.

I really don’t look for a high payout from them, or any, survey sites anymore. Not sure if it has to do with the pandemic or they are in a slow down, but I do it simply because we buy a lot of cards anyway, so it’s worth it to get a little something back for it.
