My points still not paying attention to the many emails that I have sent

I have emailed my points many times and no response from them. I have many emails to get my gift cards and no response.Is anybody else having the same problem?

Have you tried to contact them directly? Most survey sites have an email or support platform you can contact to resolve problems. If they are blowing you off, get on the BBB website and file a complaint through them. That usually gets answers when a survey site is ignoring you. Good luck.

Try both contacting them using the support link on their site as well as sending a message from their Facebook page using the ""message" button.

Yeh, they don't like you using the FB page to ask them direct questions.  I had an issue with not receiving points for a purchase through them.  If I hadn't followed up month after month, I would never have received those points.  But they did eventually give me the points, which in the end, was all I wanted.
