Have Tango question?

I am involved with a six month study with 20/20. where they send me a $50 credit to redeem at Tango.  I always redeem it for an Amazon card.  I did that a few minutes ago, and I got the Amazon code to enter, and Amazon says the code is invalid.  I tried calling Tango's 800 #, and I got the all of our customer service people are currently assisting other customers.  Please hold on, which I did, but then a few minutes later they asked me to send them an email, and they hung up on me.  Has anybody had any problems with their customer service?  All of the other Amazon GC I have gotten from them, I have not had problems with.

I have had this happen with C-Space. I contacted Amazon and they couldn't help. I put it to the side and when I went back the next day or so the card worked. Don't know what happened in between.
