Ipsos not crediting anyone else have this issue ?

So I did a survey which was drawn out but I knew it was going to be ,because they had to gather information on ads .Anyway  I forgot about it and then I get an email which says oops sorry we forgot to sent the closing survey .So I do the closing survey ,and it says by doing the close out survey we will award you points in 15 days .Well of course 15 days came and nothing ,so I emailed them ,and nothing ,then I decided to send another email the next day .Now I get 2 replies saying the same thing ,oh we are looking into this ,and we will reply in a few days .I am like seriously ? I have been waiting over 2 weeks all to be told I have to wait even longer .Which also has me worried because they sent me some stuff to evaluate and it said if I finish before a certain date they will give me more points .I am wondering if they are going to be given me these points as well as the other ones they have so far failed to give me .
