Unfortunately, this survey is not optimised for use on older browsers, as it includes features that are not supported to enhance your user experience. I'd tried using Chrome, then tried edge but same error. So raise a query, got response "We apologise for this issue you have experienced. It could be that there was a fault with the survey itself hence why that message came up." Yes, and??? dawn_b_adams Posted December 21, 2020 Report Share Posted December 21, 2020 Sorry to hear this happened to you. I’d email them back and tell them to fix the survey and give you full credit. Make a note that all your browsers are up to date and that you tried three different browsers. To me, they are the problem, and should compensate you. I have done this on a survey I got from PureProfile that told me the quota was full after I successfully completed a survey. I complained, and they gave me full credit. You never know.
