They made me verify myself twice already through the years which went through fine and I even sent a requested w-9 form for tax reasons this year. Now all of a sudden I cant redeem until I receive a postcard in the mail from them which I am waiting for. I put myself in their telephone que but nobody has called! This is ridiculous-been verified twice already and they have my tax w-9 form from last year but yet they now need to verify me again! Anybody else going through this? Emails to them still unanswered.
