I got that a few months ago for about a week straight and they said there was an issue with some of my survey data but after contacting them I started getting surveys again almost immediately. I think they said their computers picked up on something but as it turned out there wasn't a problem so I suspect it is the same deal for you. You will have to contact them to see what is going on.

Been getting a steady stream of them - at least a couple every day. there are 2 things to try:

- Ask the bot Emily by entering "no surveys" and it will let you know if the account is paused

- Email support at [email protected] and inquire there

Thanks, episemion. I just did that and was given a case number, hope they address it. No reason I should have been paused which it said I was. 

I would also send them an email directly (see prior post) with the number. Seems they see those before reports from Emily.
