I had many points "PENDING" which if they had been credited to my account, I would have had the required $25 to cash out. Since they chose to keep those pending points pending, I never reached that plateau. So they continually deducted points from my account (because they had a 365 day expiration). They invited me to join one of their communities a few years ago, but I passed on it, based on all of the negative comments here.
