Anybody do a dynata health survey through pi opinion?

Hi- I just tried to do a dynata health survey I got through pi opinion.  They asked me about what sort of health app or digital program I would be willing to do.  The survey was taking way too long, and I was just done with 42% of the survey, and I had been working on it for at least 20 minutes.  I think they were only going to pay me $1.50.  I was seriously considering aborting the survey, when dynata decided that I was not eligible for the survey.  Why did they have me go through 42% of the survey, which took me at least 20 minutes, and then decide I was not eligible.  I am not eligible for 90% of the pi opinion surveys, but usually I find out right away.

I just got another survey through Pi Opinion.  When I tried to do it I found out it was a Cint survey.  When I clicked on the survey, I got an error message, and it told me to contact Cint with the error message so they can fix it.  No way am I going to send an email to Cint to report an error message.  I have better things to do.
