Greetings! 

We are a team of Year 3 Hospitality Business students from Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT), currently conducting a data collection for our Final Year Project. The aim of the survey is to explore the user’s perception and intention towards 100% contactless technology implementation in Singapore Changi Airport, Terminal 5.
