Public Education Policy - Creation Science vs. Theory of Evolution

Hello, I'd like your opinions on the topic listed in the title. The survey will revolve around the the teaching of evolutionary theory or creation science within public schools.

Only 3 questions with little background information to read. You will select whether you strongly agree/disagree or somewhere in between for each question/statement.
