schludermann Posted November 3, 2021 Report Share Posted November 3, 2021 Paidviewpoint is probably letting the client scrub surveys. I guess checking to see if your survey responses naughty or nice. I had this happen several times over the few years I undertook PV surveys. Sometimes PV sends feedback, but more often if they think the panelist made inappropriate responses, in the opinion of the survey scrubber. PV will give you the silent treatment and let's the panelist account languish, until a support ticket is placed by the panelist. I've written about this PV behavior in detail in other SP forum posts.
