plantsower Posted December 4, 2021 Report Share Posted December 4, 2021 I am trying to change my email address on YouGov. Their support is atrocious, as in NONE. I do get surveys and I have collected my rewards without problems. In trying to change my email address, I have to sign in with my old email address and put in the code they send me. I put it in and then it asks for a code all over again. I can't even sign in, let alone change my email address. I also noticed that most survey sites require them to change your email address and some of them say if you do that, you cannot transfer your points! I don't get it.
