Are you referring to one of the demographics questions in one of the surveys? If so , that happens when they are looking for a certain age level and your response does not fit it. 

Or was this to access the survey area? Have never seen that.

Yes.  They reinstated me.  I have taken the surveys forever.  Glitch, I guess.
