Needing help for my masters survey about operational excellence

Hi I'm a masters student looking at the perception of improvement within an organizations when operational excellence practices are implemented. The results will be anonymous, so your identity will remain unknown. For this survey, the assumption is that some experience with Agile methodologies like scrum, Lean, SAFe, and Kanban are possessed by the participant.

The survey is 15 questions and will take around 5 minutes to complete survey will close on the 3rd September 2022.
